MEET SNEH

A Fashion Institute of Technology alum, Sneh Diwan began her career in the fashion industry, where she spent over a decade working across trend forecasting, styling, design, and technical design.

Originally launched in 2011 as a fashion and travel blog, Diwan By Design was established in Jersey City as a creative platform offering professional styling and organizing services. In 2015, Sneh had the opportunity to assist her mentor on a wedding at the iconic Brooklyn Botanic Garden—an experience that sparked her passion for the wedding planning process.

After furthering her education in floral design and blending her creative foundation with a meticulous approach to organization and a love for travel, Sneh evolved Diwan By Design into a boutique creative agency. Today, Diwan By Design offers full- and partial-service wedding planning, destination celebrations, corporate events, day-of coordination, and styling—crafting thoughtfully curated celebrations defined by elevated design and seamless execution.

Aside from events and styling, Sneh Diwan is a watch collector and has been featured on Hodinkee, Hodinkee x Nomos watch campaign, WatchTime India, Redbar X WindUp Watch Panel

CHARISHMA

Charishma is passionate about learning new things everyday and tries to find fun, creative ways to approach life. She grew up dancing, which sparked her love for events and people. She has always loved to read, especially memoirs because they remind her how different each person's life is, and to keep an open mind. Charishma's goal in life is to travel as much as she can. She wants to experience the cultures and see the beauty of this world.

Morgan is the newest member of our team joining in May of 2022. She graduated from Colorado State University with her Bachelors and Masters degree in Early Childhood Education. Over the years, Morgan has transitioned out of education and into event planning through planning her own wedding and events for family and friends. She leads with a deep passion for anything that she does and loves fostering relationships with the people she works with. Outside of all things events, Morgan has a young son and husband who she loves traveling the world with. Since she is from Colorado Morgan also loves snowboarding, hiking and being outside.

MORGAN

Teagan joined the Diwan by Design team in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, emphasizing Project Management, International Business, and French. Drawing from her background in corporate program management, she brings organization and project planning expertise to our clients, paired with a passion for design and creating beautiful, thoughtful experiences. Outside of work, Teagan enjoys hiking with her dog, sourcing vintage fashion, reading investigative journalism, and exploring the beaches of the Mediterranean.
